"My husband and I went today for a review about car insurance policies that are up for renewal in December and had a very detailed explanation of all of the coverage we Currently have,as well as discussed possible options for reducing the premium. The agent, Johnneker, that we also had an appointment with about a month ago, when we added on a another policy, was very friendly, personable and very patient and explained everything we needed to know, To make educated decision!! The owner of the insurance company Zach Cravens, is also friendly & personable, who we’ve Awesome met with in person last year or review of our homeowners as well as car insurance policies. We’ve had State Farm insurance for decades and continued with the new owner Z. Cravens, because we’re still pleased with the quality service we received."

"Times are hard in this economy right now. State Farm surely helped me from rubbing pennies together hoping that it would make a difference. Special thanks to Johnekka. She works there, as she reached out recently from their local office about a quote that I wouldn't think I’d qualify for. Lemme stand up like a AA meeting and get this over with…Hi, I'm Mike, I speed, Ive crashed multiple vehicles and did some things you wouldn't think possible behind the wheel. Do I anymore? No. Heck nah. Maybe. (Thinks of all the tickets and tow trucks called) *shakes head* naaaaw. It’s not worth it. The familes impacted by my actions didn't deserve it. The numerous fines paid where those funds could have been better directed these days…gone. I learned my lesson. State Farm really helped. FYI, to the person reading this, complete your defensive driving cert asap. It makes a difference as well as not being the fastest on the roads. There’s always someone faster. Also dealing with the law isn't fun. Court is not the place to be. I feel like I ranted enough but trust, your actions matter keeping you alive and keep your money in your pocket or whatever else than the govt or repairs"

"Hello Zach Cravens, I’m requesting that you please reach out to me as soon as possible regarding the conduct of certain staff members in your office. My recent interactions have been extremely unprofessional, and I believe this behavior is damaging to the business you’re trying to run. Rather than answering my questions with professionalism and courtesy, I was met with a negative attitude, raised voice, and eventually had the phone hung up on me. When I called back, my calls were not answered. On a separate occasion, I was instructed to come into the office at a specific time, which caused me to miss work, only to find that the same staff member I was scheduled to meet was not there. This is not the level of customer service I expect from State Farm, especially as a long-time customer. I ask that you review the recent call recordings so you can hear exactly what happened. If this is the standard of service being provided at this location, I would like to discuss transferring my policy to another State Farm office. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can address this matter. Thank you,"

"The experience with this agency has been nothing short of distasteful. The main agent, Zach, is hardly ever in the building and leaves all the dirty work to his "secretary." Disorganized, lack of communication and seems to be oblivious to how their errors effect others."

"UPDATE: since the comment has been added with false information. I have added screenshots. I reached out May 20th. Today (June 5th) is the only day I was able to get ahold of Zach despite texts, calls, email. Please see screenshots. The person saying our apologies was Johnekka. Not Zach. Zach Cravens is not an insurance agent you want to take on. I reached out for weeks and weeks on end. He never got back to me. I even had his office personal send me an email stating that I had been making multiple attempts to contact him. I then finally get ahold of him today to get information about my renters insurance and to confirm the policy would be canceled and he said call us back the day of..... I said sir you have not gotten back to me at all so that does not make me feel very confident. I do not recommend this insurance agent at all. The only person helpful in this office is Johnekka so was able to send an email to him with me cc'd to which he again did not respond."

I researched your request and discovered that you emailed us on April 1st and received a response directly from me. You contacted us again at the end of May and a team member processed your cancellation and explained the billing process "She would like her renters insurance cancelled as of 08/31/2025 (which I have completed) and does not want her account to continue to draft. I have noted her account to no longer draft after 7/28/2025. I did explain to the policyholder that she will be sent a prorated bill for the final days. She would like confirmation via email that this will/has been completed to help her feel more content that what she is asking will be completed." Sorry if you feel like your question still was not answered."

"I have been a member of State Farm since 1993 and have only filed 2 claims since then. One for a burglary/theft and the other was a roofing claim. This guy is my 4th agent in 32 years and quite frankly I’m not sure who is worst him or the black chick I had before him. Needless to say I’m going to be moving forward because he just COLLECTS and raises your homeowner premiums with zero explanation by adding stuff you never requested (because he doesn’t even send you a not or pick up the phone to call with explanation). I have been with him for only a few years but each I have saw My insurance be raised $600 annually. He doesn’t even know if my house is still standing but has no problem assessing ridiculous amounts without explanation. I tried to increase my deductible and lower persona properties but his sorry office would not oblige and he doesn’t even speak to you directly. Perhaps his rating is due to auto policies but if you require homeowner insurance RUN RUN RUN from this agent because he is disastrous!!!"

I have only been an agent for five years so I cannot speak on your experience prior to that but you can always reach our office by phone, text, and email. You are sent a Renewal Letter and billing statement every year which explains your premiums and details your coverages. We do not add or update any customers policies without their knowledge. We also offer 24/7 support when the office is not open. Please contact us to review your account and make sure you are getting the best rates available. Thanks Zach!"

"Horrible experience. My parents have been with them for YEARS. I was driving under parents car for awhile wanted to get my own quote. They stated that it would be under review. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK for WEEKS. I had to contact them.. then a hold again. Then never calling me back. Only me constantly calling them to ask where my information is until I gave UP. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP. Sue will NOT CALL YOU BACK.."
